We can help with identifying Sleep Related Breathing Disorder, symptoms and adaptations that occur from birth to adulthood and different modalities of treatment considerations to help manage it. From birth, we do not have to be reminded of two very basic functions: Breathing and Eating! I love helping clients with disordered eating, fertility issues, gestational diabetes, family feeding education and extreme picky eating as well as much more. I can meet with clients virtually or in person. I also am passionate about cooking and healthy eating, so i partner with a local chef to provide custom meal delivery for busy families or postpartum moms.

At Tucson Waldorf School we nurture the universal developmental stages for children, foster a love for learning, and create a connection to community through long lasting relationships. Our parent and child program, Quail’s Nest, gives you and your little one a peaceful, home-like environment carefully arranged for creative play.
