We come alongside families with compassion as they face life struggles, to help the child process emotions, develop coping skills, increase connectedness, and experience growth.We provide emotional support to children, youth and young adults 5-24 years old who are struggling with grief, trauma, depression, anxiety and anger. We love to partner with parents to help their children accomplish their therapeutic goals by offering feedback and helpful strategies to assist them in supporting their child through their healing journey. We provide both individual and family therapy.
